Grilled Fajitas

Grilled Fajitas made with JP's Gourmet Pepper Meat Rub

1 lb beef flank steak
1 envelope onion soup mix
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup water
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 med. Onion, thinly sliced
Green, red and yellow peppers julienned
2 tsp. JP’s Gourmet Pepper Meat Rub
Small flour tortillas
Place flank steak in a glass dish. Rub 1 tsp. JP’s Gourmet Pepper Rub on each side of flank steak. Combine next 7 ingredients and pour over the meat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Discard marinade and grill meat until desired doneness about 4-5 minutes per side. Meanwhile in a large skillet sauté onion and peppers in 1 tablespoon of oil until crisp tender. Slice meat against the grain into thin strips. Place on tortillas and top with vegetables.
Baked chicken and potatoes 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 medium red potatoes
JP’s Gourmet BBQ Meat Rub
In a 9 x 13 pan spray bottom with cooking spray. Cut chicken into 4 pieces and sprinkle with JPs Gourmet BBQ Meat Rub and put in one half of the pan. Dice up the red potatoes and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and 1 - 2 tsp. JP’S Gourmet BBQ Rub and put in the other half of the pan. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with a tossed green salad. Serves four.
Hamburgers Mix 2 tsp. of JPs Gourmet BBQ Meat Rub into 1 lb. of ground beef for great burgers.
Island Jerked Turkey Burgers20oz. package ground turkey
1 small onion diced
¼ of a red pepper
Small can crushed pineapple
JPs Gourmet Island Jerk Meat Rub
1/3 cup honey
¼ cup red wine vinegar
In a small skillet heat 2 tsp. olive oil. Cook onion, red pepper, and pineapple for 8 minutes on medium high heat stirring frequently. Add honey, red wine vinegar and 2 tsp. of JP’S Gourmet Island Jerk Meat Rub. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. Let chutney cool for 10 minutes. Mix 2 tsp. of JP’S Gourmet Island Jerk Rub and ½ cup chutney with ground turkey. Make 4 patties. Brush each burger with ½ tsp olive oil and then grill until done. Serve on Buns or by themselves topped with reserved chutney.
Cajun Chicken NuggetsCut 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts into 2 inch pieces.
Using shake n bake for chicken, add 2 tsp. JP’S Gourmet Cajun Meat Rub to one pouch. Shake on chicken nuggets, discarding leftover shake n bake.
Bake chicken at 400 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes or until done.

Salmon or Pork Tenderloin Rub on a little olive oil and then JP’s Gourmet Mediterranean Rub. Bake or grill.
